Investigative reporter Tessa Novak, witnesses the murder of a teenage girl by a killer in a leather jacket and gloves. When she sees a leather clad man in the crowd near the scene, Tessa is convinced he knows something about the crime and sets out to discover who he is and what he knows.

The man in question, Julian Darcangelo, is an undercover FBI agent working with the Denver police. They are on the hunt for a human trafficker who has already killed. The attention Tessa brings to bear on him could get them both killed and his quarry could vanish, so he needs her to back off her investigation. They must place their trust in each other if they are going to survive this investigation. It doesnít hurt they are dying to get horizontal with each other, but first they will have to end the threat a ruthless killer poses.

Hard Evidence is a delectably suspenseful story with characters you canít help liking. Returning characters enhance the rapport that develops between the reader and these dynamic characters. Steamy sensual love scenes add that wonderful hint of spice to the tension of this book.
