The second book in the Trap trilogy, Ms. Warren continues with her story of Jeanette Brantford's trap into marriage.

Lady Jeannette Brantford is banished from her family's estate in England after a scandalous, high society plot. Forced to live with her boring cousins in the Irish counrtyside, Jeannette finds it very hard adjusting to life outside of her posh and pampered lifestyle. After encountering Darragh O'Brien entroute to her cousin's home, she tries to settle into country life, but one morning when construction workers wake her from her 'beauty' sleep at the crack of dawn, she's had enough and begins a campaign to gain more sleep time and force the construction to a halt.

Darragh O'Brien may be an architect, but he's also the eleventh Earl of Mulholland, not that Jeannette realizes this, she just thinks he's the architect who is in charge of the contstruction crew that is diestubing her 'beauty' sleep. Darragh is intrigued as well as a little annoyed at Jeannette's tactics to stop construction on her cousin's home. But nothing will stop the work that he has set out do do, not even a beautiful, strong-willed, spoiled high society belle.

Jeannette comes up with some pretty funny and childish ways to get Darragh to stop the construction noise, but when she finds out the he's an Earl...that's when the sparks really begin to fly. LOL These two charaters are a hoot and perfect for each other. Both are hot headed and stubborn and when the trmpers fly, so does the romance. Hot, hot, hot!!! They fairly burn the pages with their sexual attraction as well as the sex itself!

Wonderfuly written and fun to read, Tracy Anne Warren does it again with a best seller in the works. Every aspect of this story is perfect, from our hero and heroing to the secondary characters and the location in which everything happens...the beautiful Irish countryside.

Romance, laughter and fun are the highlights of The Wife Trap. You will not go wrong with this book. A definate keeper for your romance collection!
