Daisy Kean just buried her dear friend, Robert “Bob” Waldo Hardwick. He was the one person which helped her get back on her feet. She became his secretary, friend, all around girl Friday. She meets Harry Montana, a private investigator who has informed her Bob wrote several letters before he died. The letters claim the accident was not an accident, but someone murdered Bob. They are in charge of tracking down six people who Bob suspect killed him. They are to have a cruise on the Mediterranean with the reading of the will at a villa in Capri.

Harry Montana is good at what he does. He will try his best to find which of the six people killed Bob and make sure they are brought to justice. He is instantly attracted to Daisy, but he is afraid to let his guard down. He is afraid of giving his love to anyone. He was hurt as a boy by someone he loved. He keeps his past close to his heart.

Daisy and Harry both want to get to the truth of Bob’s death. As they are both co-hosting the cruise, they spend time together. Daisy wants to keep it professional, she was afraid of loving again. Her husband had left her and took everything they had.

The twists, turns and red herrings will keep the reader guessing until the truth is revealed. Not only does the passion heat up, the suspense is red hot! Highly recommend.
