Self-made millionaire Burke Black has recently sold his business and home and moved to the small town of Jamesville. While recovering from a recent accident, he began to reevaluate his life and wasn’t happy with the direction in which it was going. Now he has no one to bother him and all the time in the world to consider what he wants to do with the rest of his life.

Dani O’Rourke was born and raised in Jamesville and, after the death of her parents, quit school and went to work in order to provide for her two younger brothers and keep the family together. Though money is tight for them, they are very happy with their lives.

Burke and Dani’s first two encounters aren’t exactly pleasant as he assumes she’s a man the first time, and then catches her in his cabin the second time and thinks she’s robbing him. Despite the bad start, these two find themselves drawn to each other in many ways. He’s never known a sense of family before and he’s awed at being accepted into hers. But will Dani be able to teach him how to love before he breaks her heart?

N.J. Walters has proven herself time and again in the erotic romance genre, but in Discovering Dani she tones things down a bit and pens a beautiful sweet romance that is sure to satisfy fans and first time readers both.
