Callie Winston is a divorcee and a columnist for a hip California magazine. She decides to do some research into online dating. She needs to desperately write an article that will boost her readership before she loses her job.

Brian Benson, military lifer, is at a crossroads in his life when he sees Callie Winston's profile on Heavenly Hookups. His attraction to her picture is not only volatile and instantaneous, but sends Brian on a quest to find out if there's more to life than guns and jungles.

Ms. Cassidy characters, Callie and Brian are true to life, they draw the reader the reader in where they feel their sorrows and their joys. The ever skillful writing that she is known for, will not disappoint anyone who reads her work. This is a departure for this author, and she does it very well. Kudos to Ms. Cassidy.
