Every historical romance fan will LOVE this story. Anne Mallory brings to life characters who will steal your heart and give you warm fuzzies all day long...unless of course you finish the book in the evening...well, you know what I mean! lol...

Having a disasterous and godawful season, Patience Harrington's father suggests that she take some time off from the social whirl of the ton and enlists her help as his assistant at the museum. Her assignment, to travel to Blackfield Castle to help in cataloguing the priceless Ashe antiques collection. Little does Patience realize but this 'assignment' will thrust her into a world of secrets, intrigue, and "monsters"...that's right..."monsters".

Thomas Ashe, the tenth Viscount Blackfield has absolutely no use to antiquarian's. Nosing about old, dusty, smelly things that are supposed to hold some kind of historical mish-mash about the past. It's nothing but a wast of time as far as he is concerned. But then again, he has never met an antiquarian such as Patience Harrington before. Now, she may actually peak his interest in antiques or just ruin all of his carefully laid plans for his project. What he doesn't need right now is this distraction, no matter how beautiful and charming she may be.

Ms. Mallory has a certain knack for storytelling that just sucks the reader right into the story. Her characters are wonderfully written and very believable. The secondary characters are very important to the story and lend a certain life to the plot that would certainly be missing if they were not there. Blackfield Castle seems to be an enchanting place and the details that Ms. Mallory puts into the readers mind, leaves you to believe that you're actually there.

Patience and Thomas are a perfect pair. Both are stubborn and high-handed, yet when they fall for each other...they fall HARD. Pretty much not knowing what hit them until it was too late and love just burst from the pages. The romance is great...the sex is even better and the whole book will keep the reader glued to the pages.

I hope you enjoy, The Viscount's Wicked Ways. It's a real page turner and a keeper for every historical romance fan.
