What happens when two family friends are now employee and boss? Can a relationship work between them in or out of the office? Or will it never get past the employee/boss relationship? And what about when the office is actually an institute for sexual research advancement? Where almost anything and everything can be measured from the basic body responses to the most sensitive.

Kelly has been working for Jordan, as the receptionist at his institute, for several months now. Kelly has been fighting the attraction to Jordan since she started her job. Even though they were friends before college, she didnít, per se, have a crush on him.

Jordan on the other hand, we arenít sure of his feelings from before. But he does issue her a challenge and he knows she will accept it, because she did when they were younger, always accepting his challenges. Only this one is a little different and has to do with the institute.

It seems that Kelly cannot have multiple orgasms and Jordan is out to prove her wrong. So the challenge was issued and accepted. He states that women can have them but Kelly doesnít, at least she has never had them.

Institutional Sex is a great short story. You donít feel like you are missing anything because they have been friends for years. The crushes bloom into love and it doesnít happen overnight but gradually. After their day in the different rooms with the different experiments, just what will happen between them? The only draw back that I had to the story was not being able to see what Jordan was thinking. All in all a very satisfying story that will have me picking up another story or two by Ms. Damschroder.
