Penelope and Prince Charming is another dose of the romance and humor we have come to expect from Jennifer Ashley. This story is a unique twist on the traditional Cinderella story. Penelope has lived a quiet life in rural England with her beautiful, but flighty, mother when out of the blue a prince arrives on her doorstep. Now, being the English woman she is, Penelope refuses to fall head over heel for her Prince until he proves he loves her with all his heart. Unfortunately, the prince in question does not really have time to hang around and court Penelope, Damien is rather busy avoiding assassins and trying to regain control of his country. Together, Penelope and her prince must learn what true love really means before it is too late for both of them.

Ashley has out done herself in her newest novel, Penelope and Prince Charming! Utilizing the unique blend of history and the paranormal, she has created a fast-paced and touching romance. Penelope continues the tradition started in Ashley’s first novel. Penelope is a woman with her own thoughts and opinions and she is not afraid to share them. Ashley’s witty characters capture the reader’s attention and quickly capture the heart as well. Damien is the prince we all wish found our glass slipper! He is strong and intelligent as well as being caring and compassionate. Ashley has created the perfect man...on paper that is! The plot is wonderful and even the villain remains an interesting character through out the book. This is a wonderful romance that will tickle the fancy of any romance reader.
