Thirteen years ago, Lady Emmaline Fallbrook’s heart was broken. Now, thirteen years later, she is returning to Society in grand fashion only to have it ruined by Jack Devruex, the very man who abandoned her and left her to pick up the pieces of her broken heart.

Baron Jack Devruex had always wondered when Emma would finally come back to London. Her husband has been dead many years, but she has never returned to take her place in Society. He is still angered by the fact that she had left him thirteen years ago to marry another.

This is a wonderful story of love lost; only to be found again after many years. Emma and Jack were young people in love with stars in their eyes, but it was a love that never would be, at least that is what they thought so long ago.

Lady Emma’s Dilemma is just that…a dilemma. Rhonda Woodward is a wonderful writer who takes a story and runs with it. Her characters are well written, the plot is gripping and the reader is never left wondering about their past, present and hoping for a passionate future as a couple.

A wonderful Regency Romance.
