Dire Wolf Jim London decided to go undercover in the Clarkson police department after his best friend is murdered in order to find those responsible for his death. But his only option is to go undercover as a police dog, something he finds appealing after he meets his lovely handler, Faith Weston. Jim must not only uncover the murderers of his best friend but he must make sure that Faith is kept safe because she is unwittingly in the middle of an evil sorceresses plot, all while falling in love. Soon Jim will have to decide how to handle Faith, kill her or introduce her to his world.

Faith Weston has just transferred to the Clarkson police department after an ugly split with her ex-husband. At first Faith enjoyed her new job, especially working with Rambo, the police department’s new police dog, but she’s begun to notice odd incidents and a change in her co-workers behavior. And it is while responding to a call that her life is forever changed and she meets a man that not only helps her navigate through a new world but also offers her his heart.

Master of Wolves is a delicious romp in Angela Knight’s wonderfully crafted Megaverse, a world of magic and legends. Faith is a delight in her willingness to stand up for what she knows is right no matter the odds against her. And Jim is just wonderful in his determination not only to apprehend his best friend murderers but in his determination to win Faith’s love. Angela Knight brings such life to her characters and to the world she’s created for them that readers can’t help but believe in magic. I look forward to reading more of Angela Knight's work and meeting more of her fascinating characters.
