Vampires are real, and just like humanís, they have their good sides and their bad sides. They have phobias like humans as well. Unfortunately, Lissianna Argeneau has one of the worst phobias that a vampire can have; she faints at the sight of blood. Not that this makes her a laughing stock in the vampire community, but it does make a problem for her since she has to ingest blood to survive, and there are the times that she does have to see it. Luckily for her, her mother has decided that it is time to help her daughter fight her phobia, and she is going to give her daughter a very special birthday present.

Dr. Gregory Hewitt assists people with battling their phobias. But it is finally time for him to take a vacation, and nothing is going to stop him, except for the fact that after meeting with this very strange lady he decides to get in the trunk of her car and then wakes up in a very strange room tied to a bed. Not exactly his idea of a vacation, but seeing the gorgeous woman that opens the door and claims that he is her present just might make up for his lapse of common sense. That is until she claims to be a vampire and he finds out that all the other inhabitants of the house seem to be under the same delusion. It isnít until he really finds out that they are right that both he and Lissianna jump from the frying pan into the fire.

All I can say after finishing A Quick Bite by Lynsay Sands is, OH YEAH! Another stellar installment to her Argeneau series, even if we already knew that Lissianna and Gregory were going to be together. I have been waiting for Lissiannaís story since I read her first installment in this series, and I am happy to say that I was not disappointed in any way. With her signature witty repartee between characters to completely off the wall scenarioís that will keep the reader in stitches, Lynsay Sands keeps readers enthralled. This is a definite must buy for every person that loves a witty vampire romance with dashes of danger and intrigue that keep it spicy.
