When Princess Nicolette Ducasse learns her sister plans to wed Sultan Malik Roman Nuri of Baraka to help save their country she absolutely forbids it. Chantal has had one horrible marriage already, and Nic couldn’t bear to see her enter another one. Nic hatches a plan to pretend to be her sister so she can ask for Malik’s help. Once she gets what she wants, she plans on calling off the wedding. You know what they say about the best-laid plans. Nic never expected the sultan to be so darn sexy or that resisting his charms would be so darn difficult. Will she become The Sultan`s Bought Bride after all?

Sultan Malik has chosen Chantal Ducasse to be his future queen. When she arrives she isn’t quite the woman he imagined her to be, but he feels a strong attraction to her nonetheless. Will Malik be able to tame the feisty “Chantal” into becoming a proper mate or should he keep looking for another bride?

Usually when I think of a Harlequin Presents book I think only of a strong alpha male who will dominate the story. Make no mistake, Malik is as alpha as they come, but this story is Nicolette’s story all the way. I loved this feisty heroine who turned this Sultan’s world upside down. Ms Porter has again created a wonderful tale that keeps the reader entertained. You will laugh and cry as you read this very special story. Ms Porter has penned another winner. Strong characters and excellent dialog help make this tale one you won’t soon forget.
