Two-time RITA Finalist, Kate Moore has another winner with Sexy Lexy. Fun, fast paced, filled with humor, this is one of those books you love spending an afternoon reading.

Alexandra Clark has risen to celebrity fame by writing a book titled “Workout Sex, A Girl’s Guide to Home Fitness”. Only the notoriety that comes with the bestseller isn’t what she wants; countless men are pursuing her for all the wrong reasons. Lexy has no other choice but to change her name and flee into hiding someplace she hopes no one will recognize her. She picks Drake’s Point, California, and decides to become an innkeeper. Little does she realize that her entire life is about to change, in more ways than one, and “Sexy-Lexy” is about to be reborn!

Sam Worth doesn’t believe Lexy is who she says she is, and he sets out to expose the “real” woman Lexy is hiding beneath all the extra layers of clothes and outer façade. The attraction between them simmers to a slow heat as they both, little by little, “uncover” things about the other, and find themselves falling in love.

Battling with a past she just wants to forget, Lexy falls under Sam’s spell and has to decide whether or not to tell him “everything”.

Ms. Moore’s characterization of Lexy and Sam bring them to life, and the humor as well as the sizzling love between them makes this a book worth recommending.
