Zoe has agreed to rent a portion of a beach house with her two best friends. Nic and Sage. She really doesnít understand how she let Sage talk into her it, but now sheís along for the ride. The house belongs to Sageís employers and she finds herself jumping through hoops to keep his wife, Maggie, happy. And then she finds the body.

When Maggie is found floating on the lake, it puts them all on edge in their own way. First perceived as an accident, no one really knows what to think of the tragedy. However, Zoe begins to realize that there was something odd about the death and begins to dig for clues to the mystery. When the three friends realize they may be the next targets, can they unravel the clues fast enough?

This was an entertaining, lighter summer read. Even with the mystery, suspense of the novel I still didnít find it edge of the seat gripping. However, each character comes to life, flaws and all to tell their individual stories. Each chapter seems to switch which personís point of view the reader is in, which can be a tad confusing at times.

Overall, a great book to add to the beachbag.
