Meg Fratano has just watched her husband, Bob, of twenty-seven years make love to a woman in their bed. She knows she should have confronted him, but instead she watched. Bob never saw Meg. Meg knows her life will never be the same again, she doesnít want it to. She realizes after leaving the house, she has been terribly unhappy with her life.

With help from her good friend, Elizabeth, and some new friends, she embarks on a trip to Mexico to learn how to Dance Naked at the Edge of Dawn and also to learn more about her Aunt Marcia and to locate the place of the dancing dogs. Meg learns things she never knew about herself, her daughter, or her mother.

Will Meg be able to break the chains of her unhappy life? Will she start living her life the way she wants or will she still live her life the way the people in her life want her to? Can she get past Bobís love affair? Will she ever be able to free herself enough to finally be able to Dance Naked at the Edge of Dawn? For the answers to these questions, you need to read the book.

As you read this book, you will probably see yourself in it as I did. It made this reviewer realize that other people have the same struggles and same situations that I do. You want more than anything for Meg to break free of the chains which have been binding her for most of her life. This is a worthwhile read.
