Lawyer Sophie Addison finds herself on the way to Tranquility Texas to sell the saloon her best friend Sunny Kelly has inherited from her recently departed aunt. Gray McBride is a local bad boy trying to convince his family that he is ready to settle down and take on some responsibility. In that respect Gray has decided to run for mayor of Tranquility and his biggest campaign pledge is to expand the town’s fire station. He plans to do this when Sunny Kelly sells him The Smokehouse saloon for the expansion.

Sophie arrives in Tranquility with a bang to say the least. While she is at the Gas and Go refueling her car something unforeseen happens. Sophie unknowingly causes the place to blow up when the fuel hose slips from her gas tank spilling gas on the ground and a passerby strikes a match. Lucky for her Gray McBride is there to save the day and her hide.

As luck would have it Sophie is now convinced she is Reno showgirl Sunny Kelly and that she has come to run the Smokehouse saloon not sell it. Just Gray’s luck to run into such a sexy and fun girl when he has vowed to change his ways.

Using her love of the cowboy hero Dianne Castell has created a heartwarming story in A Cowboy And A Kiss. This story shows Dianne’s humor at its best. In Sunny (Sophie) and Grey she has created two mature characters who know what they want and aren’t afraid to go after it. The secondary characters she throws in are absolutely charming.

Ms. Casteel is an author who knows how to tell an excellent story and let her characters have a whole lot of fun in the process. Readers will be making plans to take a trip to Texas on their own in search of their very own cowboy and of course a few kisses from said cowboy. Ms. Casteel has penned another winner. Be sure to grab a copy and enjoy this delightful story.
