After having lived for two hundred years, a weary Roshan DeLongpre was ready to end his life as a vampire by meeting the dawn. Until, Roshan happens upon the likeness of a woman, Brenna Flanagan, from a history book that reminds him of his true love. Now he is reinvigorated and full of questions and possibilities. After some craftiness he comes face to face with Brenna and Roshan is once again reawakened to the wonders of life.
After being saved by Roshan from a horrible fate, Brenna Flanagan is thrust into a confusing world that seems alien in some respects but all together more pleasant. Not only must she adapt to her new life but she must also combat her wariness and attraction for Roshan.
But there are those who stand in the way of their future together and who will do anything they can to get what they want from Brenna and Roshan.
Night’s Kiss is a great story dealing with time travel and vampires. I enjoyed both these aspects as well as how Roshan was about ready to give up on life but once again found joy in it when he finds the love of his life. Amanda Ashley has written an interesting story that is sure to appeal to many.
