A woman most of us would love to hate. A woman born with a silver spoon in her mouth and gorgeous to boot. That would sum up Gillian Charles, except for her down-home attitude and easy adjustment to country life. When her grandfather died he left an entire town to Gillian with a stipulation that she reside there for a period of time. She rolls into town not really sure what to expect but quickly makes the best of her situation and opens up to everyone she meets.

Sam Law is the attorney in Sweetheart, Indiana who is responsible for helping Gillian ground herself somewhat in her inheritance. He must handle all the details and handle them he does. Right up to opening his heart to the beautiful heiress. The thing is, Sam knows a town like Sweetheart can never hold a woman like Gillian.

A cute story that combines a few surprises and twists along the way. Although there is a slight suspense itís not a gripping, edge-of-the-seat thriller moment. This book doesnít need that to be enjoyed by all. As a sweet, yet hot, romance between Gillian and Sam forms, the reader is given the rare enjoyment of seeing a true relationship develop. Unlike other stories this one takes the time to savor the experience of courtship and youíre not left thinking it was an instant, forever attraction. Instead, the attraction sizzles and develops over the course of time until the reader is sure that this couple can survive the challenges in front of them.

A nice walk through small town life, escape to Sweetheart and prepare to have your heart enchanted.
