Tripp Shaughnessey is the fun loving, devil-may-care playboy of the elite team of SG5. He weilds sarcasm like a well crafted weapon. He is also very well known for his ability to, literally, charm the pants off of a woman. This time Tripp has his sights on Glory Brighton, owner of the sandwich shop next door to the Smithson Group offices. Just when he and Glory are getting in some serious smooching time in her storeroom, all hell breaks lose in the front of the store.

Armed gunmen hold the customers and staff hostage while they search for something. However, things are even more complicated by the arrival of the police prepared to negotiate with the masked gunmen. But nothing the police can provide will resolve this situation. It is up to Tripp and a terrified Glory to handle things until the other SG operatives can get there.

The Shaughnessey Accord,is the second book in the Smithson Group series. This next book is as engaging as the last one. Action galore, a super sexy hero, a strong unflappable heroine, and a truly fabulous plot combine to make The Shaughnessey Accord a stroke of genius. Enjoy!
