Veiled Intentions is a fast paced romance with a good plot.

Katelyn is a cop with two brothers in the force when she meets Joe Rico who is also a cop and could be investigating her brother, Brayden. This does not sit well with Katelyn, especially when she has to work with him.

The attraction between this pair is electrifying. They try to ignore the attraction, as they arenít sure if they even like each other, but passion is hard to ignore.

I love the way the author keeps a tight plotline throughout this story yet manages to weave the sexual tension between Katelyn and Joe into the story without losing a drop of tension.

Dolores Fossen knows how to create brilliant characters but the way she describes her heroes makes the temperature rise as the reader falls for the hero. Itís very hard not too. I can still see Joe with his sexy stubble when he didnít have an opportunity to shave! The man is just a sexy tormentor!

No wonder Katelyn has a hard time keeping her mind on her work!

The plot is good. The author knows her craft and her story hangs together really well. It has tension, drama and spine-tingling fear, add sexual tension to that and you have a brilliant story.

Dolores Fossen is, in this readerís opinion, a top author who ranks with the best. If you havenít come across her books start with this one and get on the hunt for more. I know I will be on the lookout for her books in the future. I know there are many authors out there and readers find the selection of a book awesome sometimes, but I have no hesitation in saying add Dolores Fossen to your list and start with this one, you wonít be disappointed.
