Combat Officer Rafe McQuade marries the girl he had proposed to in order to protect her from terrorists, the only thing he failed to tell her was that he had forgotten all about her as he had lost his memory of the past year.

This book is romantic suspense at itís best. Plenty of believable drama and electrifying passion make this a must read story. The hero and heroine dodge bullets and bad men and arenít sure who to really trust among Rafeís colleagues.

Rafe is the kind of hero that lights up a romance book. He is stuff dreams are made of. Anna is totally likeable and the reader will be desperate for everything to work out for her, as she so deserves total happiness.

There are plenty of other good characters in this story but they take nothing away from the hero and heroine who are the main focus of the book.

I hadnít even heard of Delores Fossen, the author, until I spotted the book at my local store. I have to admit it was the picture of the gorgeous guy on the cover that made me choose to pick it up and read the back cover blurb. A sure case for a good cover because I would have missed a terrific read had it not been for the hunk in uniform on the cover!
