Can you work for or with one of your ex-boyfriends or ex-girlfriends? That is what happens to Casey and Michael. They were at one time together and dreamed of owning their own business together, only things didnít quite work out that way. One went off to school in a different state and the other didnít think they could make the long distance relationship work so they broke it off. Which only caused them heartache and pain in the future and they never really got over each other.

Casey is just fired and literally run over by Michael. The old feelings that she thought were buried and dead, come back to life instantly. She accepted his offer to meet with him about a job offer; Casey would be in charge of the interior design department. But could she work with Michael after all these years and keep it professional and not turn it into something personal? Can Michael?

Michael is still crazy in love with Casey and wants to start over with her and maybe right the wrong from over a decade ago. But will he be able to leave her alone outside of business? Will Michael slowly work his way back into Caseyís heart?

Personally And Professionally is a story that has many hurts, misunderstandings and a love that spans a little more than a decade. Michael and Casey both have moved on with their professional lives and a little bit forward with their personal life. Well, one moved forward more than the other. The secondary characters bring that little extra flair and insight that we need. There is someone that is trying to drive a wedge between Michael and Casey and the past that comes out to haunt them. But can they move forward?

The story is fast paced and will keep you turning the pages and pull at your heartstrings. The ending I didnít really like, because she left us with a cliffhanger. I am waiting to see what will happen next with the next book. The book did have some editorial mistakes that I am hoping will be fixed with the next print.
