Snoops in the City, is a charming romance with likeable characters and an interesting plot. The secondary romance between Grady’s flighty sister and a staid single father is heartwarming, and does not detract from the main storyline. Underlying themes about trust and self-confidence will ring true with readers as the characters learn from their mistakes. There are some unexpected twists that keep the story from becoming too predictable, and it will be a perfect summer read for lazy days spent poolside.
