Guardian angels with pink hair might be a bit unusual, but when they are trying to lead you to your destiny, an angel will do anything she needs to.
Sabrina Monroe is slowly coming to the end of her rope. If she doesn’t find some way to make money, she will lose the inn that’s been in her family for generations. Yet, it seems that everything is conspiring against her. Until the day an unusual snow globe is given to her and she finds that maybe fate has a way of helping out.
Jason O’Neill heads to Maple, Vermont to close a business deal. His company wants to buy Sabrina’s land and turn it into a golf course and resort. Several other members of his company have been turned down, but Jason feels he can charm her into signing the papers. Then he’s mistaken for the new handyman and destiny takes a hand.
The characters that drive this story make it fun and interesting. Sabrina’s sense of humor is wonderfully balanced by Jason’s ability to laugh at himself. The pacing of the story is slow, but in a way that allows you to immerse yourself in the country setting. The way we are shaped by our families shows in the thoughts and feelings both main characters have.
A gentle story about learning to forgive oneself and others, Sabrina’s Destiny, teaches us to listen carefully, our destiny might be arriving on the wings of angels.
