Ian Mordoor, new leader of the Bruen clan, has been chasing Drace, a rogue vampire, for months now. Oddly, he always seems to be one step behind a vampire hunter. It is imperative that he be the one to destroy Drace. It will show his divided clan that he is powerful enough to rule it, even though he is a Hybrid. However, once Ian catches up with the vampire hunter all his priorities shift.

Jax Markson wants revenge for the brutal murder of her father. She has Drace cornered and hungry. As she moves in for the kill the cockiest human male she has ever met interrupts causing her to lose her prey. As a vampire hunter, Jax’s sworn enemies are all vampires. These two very powerful hunters have the same quarry, will they fight constantly over him or will they be able to work together to catch him?

A Taste for Revenge is an action packet, keep-you-on-the-edge-of-your-seat thrill ride. From the opening scene to the final battle, there is constant action, both on the battlefield and in the bedroom! Jax is, to date, the toughest heroine I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She has had a near loveless childhood, yet she is a caring woman. Oh, and can she kick ass! As a human she is nearly as powerful as the vampires she chases. Ian *drooling* is sexy, powerful, and totally alpha. Once he meets Jax, he becomes possessive and protective of her . . . even though she nowhere needs his protection. Together, these two create the heated passion of epic romances. They instantly start working as a team, even though both are loners. Oh sure they have some issues along the way (grin) but that’s half the fun! The other half is the heated sex scene. Get your fans and buckets of ice; you will most definitely need them. And remember, ladies, Ian belongs to Jax, she just might kick your ass if she found out you fantasized about him!!

Patrice Michelle proves, once again, like she needs too (grin), that she is a powerful author. She creates worlds, places, and, most importantly, people that are so real you’ll be looking on the streets for them! As a sequel to A Taste for Passion, A Taste for Revenge is a stand-alone. However, if you haven’t read the first book . . . why not?!?
