Trace McGraw wishes he was anywhere else but on a cruise ship and employed as a male stripper. Unfortunately, if he wants to get his “cover story” and win back his position at the paper he works for then he has no choice. Expecting a drug smuggling ring, or a gun-runner, Trace isn’t ready to confront what he first encounters: his college love.

Phoebe Devereaux agrees to take her sister’s place on the cruise ship as a dancer. Tiffany had promised the police that she’d help them uncover the secret behind the strange shipments the cruise ship owner has been receiving, so now its up to Phoebe to do the detective work. Running into ---literally---a lover from her college days, Phoebe is completely taken off guard.

The story escalates from there, as Phoebe and Trace try to discover what’s in the secret shipments before it’s too late, and also find themselves falling in love all over again. The “secret”, when uncovered, is quite surprising and readers won’t see it coming. Trace and Phoebe’s sexual chemistry sizzles, their personalities clashing --- yet so much alike, and the author mixes in some great humor into the situations, making this a very enjoyable read for an afternoon.
