Wild About You by Kathryn Ann Dubois is the first story. This story is Ms. Dubois` take on the wild man/Tarzan fantasy. Twenty-six year old Georgie is still working on her degree. While doing research in the jungle, she is attacked by poachers and saved by a wild man. She realizes that the wild man has never seen a female before and soon what she considers a research project takes a turn of an erotic nature.

Next up is Wanted by Kimberly Dean. Danielle (Dani) Carver has spent six months on the run, having been wrongfully accused of treason. FBI Special Agent Jeff Reno has been after her all that time, more than once almost succeeding in capturing her. As time goes by, they develop a relationship of sorts, as Dani starts sending e-mails to Jeff soon after she starts running. Through the e-mails, they start getting to know each other on a deeper level.

Lisa Marie Rice gives us Secluded. On his way to the top Nicolas Lee has made plenty of enemies. However, that is not going to deter him from getting what he wants. After falling in love with talk-show hostess Isabelle Summerby ever since he “discovered” her show, he is determined to get to know her better. Knowing that her life would be in danger because of him, he decides that two weeks should be enough for him to learn all about Isabelle, without putting her at risk.

Flights of Fantasy by Bonnie Hamre is next. Photojournalist Chloe Atkinson is having a case of burnout and her boss forces her to take an invitation from a millionaire to spend five days in his yacht along with several other guests. When the voyage begins, she realizes that among the other guests there are two men that she has had affairs with. She begins suspecting what their host’s real intentions are.

Secrets, Volume 9 follows in the footsteps of the previous anthologies in this erotic romance collection, providing the reader with quite a ride. Wild About You brings forth a fantasy that I am sure many women has had. Wanted and Secluded give the reader the type of heroes that we all yearn for: highly protective, intense alpha males that can be trusted not only with your life but also with your heart. Last, but not least, Flights of Fantasy provides the perfect closing to what is an excellent latest addition to this fabulous anthology collection. The four novellas take place in contemporary settings. All of the stories are well rounded despite their relatively short-length. As it is to be expected the erotic element is high and HOT. If you fancy instant gratification, Secrets, Volume 9 is most definitely one to try.
