Kelly Richmond Vincent is having a really bad day! Getting married and holding a memorial service for her dead husband on the same day is too much for any women. Especially when the dead husband shows up at his own funeral! Chaz Vincent, explorer extraordinaire, has spent the last five years being held hostage in jungle by a pigmy tribe. He is a little annoyed when he returns to civilization and discovers his wife has married someone else!

Kelly finds out just how bad things can get, when she is forced to take her new husband Spencer, her not-so-dead husband Chaz, her brother, her mother, and Chaz’s fiancé all on her honeymoon. Kelly decides to spend a day with each man in order to discover to which man she wants to remain married. Spencer, the sophisticated magazine editor, with expensive tastes or Chaz the hunky explorer, who delights in living on the edge. However, this is no easy decision and as the pressure mounts Kelly finds herself is situations no sane women should ever have to experience.

This book was a riot from cover to cover, the laughs just kept coming. The scenes where Chaz and Spencer “compete” for Kelly by having the best date, are some of the funniest I have ever read. Think rappelling, spying, wining, dining, and of course a little lovin’. Kelly and her little dilemma are only enhanced by the other characters in the book, from her "too helpful" brother to her mother who just wants Kelly to marry a fine up standing young man, to Chaz’ supposed fiancé.

These characters really make the story flow, especially those of Chaz and Spencer. These two men are polar opposites, Chaz is Indiana Jones come to life and Spencer is a debonair man about town. How, can one woman chose between two wonderful men like them? Well it is no easy choice, but to console all you happy ending fanatics, I will share one little secret- both men end up happy at this end of this book! I had a hard time putting this little gem down! If romantic comedy is what you like then take my advice and put Pam McCutcheon’s new novel, My Favorite Husband at the top of your shopping list!
