This book has two stories, The Message a 1998 book by Stella Cameron, and Missing Molly a 2003 book by Janice Kay Johnson. The theme is about chance meetings, wrong turns, and second chances.

The Message shows the early writing style of Ms. Cameron, and has a slow building plot that in nonetheless enjoyable with an endearing love story. Paige Linstrom is determined that work is a full time way of life and she doesn’t need anything else or anyone for that matter --- especially men. Ian Faber is about to change her life, bringing in danger, a bit of mystery, and finally a love that is sure to be something much more valuable to Paige than anything else in her life. This is one of those ‘feel-good’ stories that you want to read in an afternoon for relaxation.

Missing Molly is a new story by award winning author Janice Kay Johnson. Blending emotional baggage with the theme for ‘second chances’, this story is an engrossing tale of love and forgiveness. Nora Woods returns home after a too-long absence from those she loves, seeking understanding and forgiveness, yet not holding out hope for it. Rob Summer is the man she loved, and when Nora comes back into his life, everything changes for them both. This is a sweet, endearing story that no doubt will make readers want to search out other titles by this author, as she has a wonderful talent in bringing out all the emotions a story like this needs to be for a good read.
