Mona Lisa, is a mixed blood Monere Queen that draws the power of the moon to share with her people, who goes to Cozumel along with her guard in search of her lover, Dante, after a misunderstanding between them causes their separation. Before Mona Lisa can reunite with Dante she and her men are attacked by another Monere and during the ensuing fight Mona Lisa is injured. Mona Lisa awakes in the care of Roberto Cardenas with no memory of who she is and must rely on the instant connection she feels with him to provide her with answers. Unwittingly in the hands of her attacker who covets her for his own, Mona Lisa unknowingly thwarts rescue efforts by her people but must quickly come to grips with who she is before itís too late.

Mona Lisa Eclipsing is an entertaining read that both faithful fans to the series and those new to it will enjoy. I love that Mona Lisa is not only a strong heroine but is one that makes mistakes and is yet willing to own up to them and try to fix them. I canít wait to find out where Mona Lisaís current path takes her and what is in store for her and her people. Sunny has the wonderful ability to not only captivate readers with her words but makes her world and characters ones that readers will want to visit again and again. I am in love with the Monere series and I am eagerly, and attempting to patiently, await the next book in this wonderful series.
