Kira Banks is proponent of running from her past and rebuilding a brand new future. She loves botany, so she has taken her passion and turned it into a lucrative business. Unfortunately, the solitude that she has come to love and depend on will be destroyed and the appearance of a hot shot, seductive billionaire, Stefano Albani.

Stefano Albani has everything that money can buy, except peace and happiness. He is on the move again to gain another piece of property, particularly the property right next to Kira’s house. When he meets Kira for the first time Stefano’s breath is taken away. He sees her secrets and longs to unearth the mystery of her body and soul. She on the other hand is resistant in her heart, but her body wants a piece of him.

Can Stefano pull her out of her shell enough to show her the pleasures she can enjoy? Can Kira win Stefano’s heart and give him the peace that has eluded him for so many years?

The Italian’s Blushing Gardener is an okay read. The story line flounders in gaining and keeping your full attention. There were some parts that were promising, but it seems as though most of the action were in the heads of the characters instead of in the actual story. The story is was light and comforting, not as passionate as I would have expected.
