Kiley Gray is unemployed and unattached, ever since her boyfriend dumped her for her sister. Now she’s facing the holidays with her ex-boyfriend hanging all over her sister. Kiley and her friends go on a get away to give Kiley some space from reality, and when she gets there Kiley finds this adorable antique snow globe in a shop. The owner sells it to her for half price, and Kiley takes it home.

Right after Thanksgiving (which was as miserable as Kiley imagined), she shakes the snow globe and to her surprise she sees this toyshop in it – one that is nearby her. She and a friend go down to the area pictured in the snow globe and find the store — and a man. Kiley spends hours with him, and as they begin to get to know each other, the picture in the globe changes include her and the owner of the toy store.

Not at all selfish, Kiley hopes the magical snow globe will work miracles in her friends’ lives too. But her friends don’t believe it. Can they discover the impossible becoming possible at Christmas?

The Snow Globe is the first book I’ve read by Ms. Roberts and I really enjoyed it. It is a sweet, whimsical story that is hard to put down. I totally loved Kiley’s story and couldn’t help but relate to her.

If you like Christmas romances, then be sure to pick up The Snow Globe. This is a Christmas treasure to read over and over through-out the year, not just at Christmas.
