Belle Jamison’s plans for her wedding to Rome Masters are frozen when he is injured on a mission and can no longer remember his feisty fiancée Belle. Yet he does remember his ex-wife Lexis only as far as he knows they’re still married. The culprit responsible for Rome’s selective memory loss, dubbed Memory Man, now wants Belle for himself. Belle risks losing Rome’s memories forever if she outright refuses to have anything to do with him,

Devastated Belle may be, but when a new band of super-powered baddies pop up she and her empathic sidekick head-up a team bent on stopping them. That Rome and a reconciliation-determined Lexis are part of it just means Belle will have to give her big girl panties a tug now and then. Although, as far as Belle is concerned, trying not to set Lexis on fire while dealing with all of it will simply make this assignment more challenging.

Twice as Hot is twice as funny, fabulous, and fast paced as the Playing with Fire. Belle, Rome and the gang are at their hilarious best in this second book in the Tales of an Extraordinary Girl series. These are the kind of characters you would love to meet and hang out with. You get involved with their struggles, their triumphs and their failures. That is what makes Gena Showalter such a wonderful author: she makes us care about her worlds and the people in them. You will not be disappointed with this book. Enjoy!
