The Mershan brothers are on a mission to avenge the wrong done to their family by the Montgomerie’s and their personal quest has led Trevelyn Sinclair Mershan to set his sight on Raven Montgomerie. Raven is unlike any woman that Trev has ever known and yet he finds himself drawn to her. As Trev gets to know Raven, he becomes more and more convinced that their plan for revenge is ill conceived but his love for his brothers makes it impossible to deviate from his course. Trev’s relationship with Raven might not survive this betrayal and may end up costing Trev the only love he’s ever known.

A Wolf in Wolf’s Clothing was a charming read that enchanted with its quirky animals and intriguing characters. Following Raven’s transformation as she goes from being insecure to brimming with confidence now that she’s with Trev is wonderful to see. Trev’s inner battle between his newfound feelings for Raven and the duty he feels towards his brothers is a struggle readers can empathize with.

Deborah MacGillivray has created characters that readers will want to champion and that will touch their hearts. Deborah MacGillivray is a great writer that readers looking for a leisurely read can enjoy on a lazy afternoon.
