Micah Spalding can not believe his eyes! Eppie has woke up from her three year coma. Something is off though, Eppie is talking more refined and ladylike than she was before, she also does not remember having a daughter, Miracle.

Eppie does not indeed remember much about her life, however scents and some words trigger little pieces of her life, but its not enough for Eppie to trust Micah or herself. They rekindle their hot passion they had in the past, but Eppie wants more than the lovemaking from Micah, but with not remembering, she can not figure out why he is so determined to reclaim what they once shared.

This is somewhat a sequel to The Education of Madeline, readers are reunited with characters from the first book, the characters are very well written. There is romance, family struggles and the struggles with one beliefs. There is also some hot, heavy sex scenes, but the reader should not let this prevent them from reading this great book.
