Three of contemporary romance's best authors have collaborated on a fun light-hearted anthology, just in time for summer vacation. Sand, Sun … Seduction takes readers to tropical settings and stirs things up.
Stephanie Bond kicks off the anthology with Enticed. Attorney Kimber Karlton is finally going on a romantic vacation with her boyfriend. She hopes that the secluded island setting will be a great backdrop for his proposal. Why has her trip turned into such a nightmare and why does her last-minute pilot make her heart skip a beat? She should be focused on getting to the Maldives, not getting busy with Finn Meyers!
Leslie Kelly chimes in with Propositioned, a story about second chances. When faced with her husband's infidelity, Liz Talbot got a divorce and headed for a tropical climate. Working as a bartender in sunny Saint Lucia, she has heard every pick-up line imaginable, but was never tempted. When a man from her past, publisher Jack Beaumont, appears with a business proposition, she can hardly resist.
The Costa Rican rainforest is the setting for Fevered by Lori Wilde. Journalist Macy Gilmore will do whatever it takes to get Armando Cutler's story. There has to be a reason why this esteemed chemical engineer suddenly resigned his post and left Houston. It is up to Macy to find out what happened. She doesn't count on losing her perspective along with her heart.
This novel is a great summer read. There is excellent pacing, and the characters have enough development, even in the shorter novella format. Each author has a little different voice and it makes the reading more interesting. Sand, Sun … Seduction is perfect for a day at the beach.
