Introducing the DíArtigo sisters, half-human, half-faerie operatives for the Otherworld Intelligence Agency. Their individual talents are unpredictable at best, disastrous at their worst. Camille, the eldest, is a deliciously wicked witch dedicated to the moon mother. Menolly is an acrobat recently turned vampire trying to adapt to her undead life. The youngest, Delilah, shape shifts into a tabby cat whenever she gets stressed. The three of them have been banished Earthside to keep them out of trouble. Nevertheless, trouble has come to them when fellow operative Jocko who manages the Wayfarer Inn, a bar and portal to Otherworld is murdered.

It seems a bad-ass demon from the Subterranean Realms plans to wipe humankind from the face of the earth and turn Earth and Otherworld into his very own hellish Disney World. And it is up to Camille and her sisters, with a little help from their friends, to stop him in his tracks.

Witchling, the first book in the Otherworld series, starts the action off with a bolt of lightning. Camille and sisters are intriguing characters who grab your attention and engage you in their lives right away. The action is easy to follow and the backstory does not overwhelm or bore. It all combines to create one of the most compelling new series Iíve read in a while. Enjoy.
