Elena Devereaux was born with the ability to track anyone by their scent. Her job is to hunt vampires who renege on their contracts with their angelic masters. When she is hired by the Archangel Raphael it isnít a vampire she is after, but an archangel in the throes of a savage bloodlust. Unless this archangel is stopped thousands will die. Sadly that is the least of Elenaís problem. Raphael has made it very clear that he desires her and Elena canít deny that he holds a dangerous allure. However giving in to her feelings will either kill her or open a new terrifying world to her.

Angelís Blood, the first full length novel in Nalini Singhís new Guild Hunter series, soars out of the clouds with grace, power and inhuman passion. You will quickly become addicted to the stark beauty of this new world. I wish I could give this book a higher rating. It is worth so much more. Elenaís passionate refusal to buckle under to even the most dangerous of beings is inspiring juxtaposed against Raphael alien strength and beauty. I am officially hooked of this new series. If you get a chance check out the Guild Hunter ebook novella that was released from Berkley prior to Angelís Blood titled Angelís Pawn. You should be able to find at just about every ebook vendor on the net by now.
