Since Cat Crawfield was sixteen years old, her life has become about protecting mortals from the vampires that prey on them. Ever since Cat was forcefully recruited into a military organization that centers around terminating dangerous vampires, her identity has had to remain a secret so that she could efficiently do her job. Unfortunately Catís identity as the Red Reaper, a half mortal half vampire slayer of vampires, has been exposed and her team will have to find a new way to lure vampires. In the midst of having to regroup, a new threat arises from her past lovers that threatens everyone that Cat holds dear and may cost her more then she is willing to give.

At Graveís End is a rollercoaster and I never want to get off. Cat is such a strong and yet feminine character that readers will both hold in awe and be able to relate too. The strength and depth of the bond between Cat and Bones is one that never fails to draw me in and one that I always look forward to reading and finding out more about. Bones is a deliciously strong and unrepentant character whose love for Cat is evident and his willingness to follow her anywhere will melt hearts. Jeaniene Frost has created a world and characters that not only capture ones attention but that is sure to keep readers coming back for more. Jeaniene Frost is a wonderful author that injects her unbelievable world and strong characters with enough realism and humanity to be able to relate and cheer on. I strongly recommend this series to those looking for a kick ass heroine, delicious vampires, and other beings that go bump in the night.
