A Taste of Fantasy is all that Samantha Tyler is looking for as she searches for her “Man to Do.” Part of a pact made between three friends, Samantha is the last one to find a fantasy man for some purely sexual interaction. When she is asked to model for sexy photographer Jack Hunter, she believes that she has found her man.
Jack Hunter has made a name for himself, overcoming the accusations of a disgruntled model and choosing to keep a little distance between himself and his photographic subjects. He is attracted to Samantha, after all, he’s only human, but is unwilling to compromise his ethics for a night of red-hot passion. It seems Samantha will just have to convince him that she will be worth it!
There is a very dark subplot at work in this book, one that I will not reveal, since it is best left to the reader to uncover. It is well-placed, however, and does not detract from the unfolding love story. It was a nice change to see the woman as the more assertive character, even though it was not comfortable for her. Both main characters had past issues to overcome, and the resolutions were realistic and genuine. It was a pleasing ending to an interesting trilogy.
