Have you ever felt The Power Of Love from someone? This anthology has twelve short stories by twelve wonderful authors. Each author - Lori Foster, Erin McCarthy, Toni Blake, Dianne Castell, Karen Kelley, Rosemary Laurey, Janice Maynard, LuAnn McLane, Lucy Monroe, Patricia Sargeant, Kay Stockham and J.C. Wilder has a unique loving story to tell.
Unpredictable by Erin McCarthy will have you laughing out loud. Hannah Godwin knows what other people think. Like when she meets Luke Warner and his police dog Ralph. Hannah has few friends due to her psychic ability. Not many understand it or believe in it. Will Luke be one of those people too? Hannah is very attracted to Luke - but says no when he asks her to go for drinks. What will it take for these two to get together? Will Ralph the police dog help out? And what about the possibility of Hannah helping the police department with her special senses?
Patricia Sargeantís Angel In The Alley lets us know ofThe Power Of Love from someone who was very important in Sara Barber life. While getting ready to open her coffee shop she meets a homeless man, Raphael, who is living behind the store in a cardboard home. Sara offers him a job to help her with the finishing touches so she can open her doors and Raphael is more than willing. Her ex-husband, Asa Preston, is still trying to control her life like he did after her mother passed away. The morning after the Grand Opening there is a fire in her shop. Did someone Sara knows set it? What does the man who owns the business next door have to do with it? Will Raphael stay to help her or will he move on? Who sent him? Will Asa always be around the corner?
I loved this book and each short story is one that shows The Power Of Love. I really enjoyed how each author shared a touching and a loving story.
