Itís two months before Amy Harrington is to walk down the isle and she has doubts. Is this brought on by the stress of getting the wedding ready or the fact that she is having fantasies of another man? What will it take to make Amy realize that Eric is the one she loves?
Amyís best friends, Leah and Caitlyn, will meet up and head to a place in Mexico for a Spa Vacation. Will the time spent between friends, nature and organic foods help Amy? Will she learn that she is not the only one who is not having the perfect life?
Leah needs to learn to relax and not spend every waking moment working. Will she meet the man of her dreams while trying to get in touch with nature and spend some time bonding with her friends? Will her friends be there to help her move past working twenty four seven and open up her heart?
Caitlyn has a naughty side but she is wondering if she needs to clean up her act. She is always ready to have fun, but is this the life she really wants?
While on a hike given by the spa the ladies walk ahead and end up being lost for almost nine hours. Does this experience make them realize that life is good as it is or that some changes are needed? Will Amy call off her wedding?
I enjoyed the story by Theresa Alan but it was a book I could set aside. It kept my interest but not one of those that you cannot put down. I enjoyed reading about the bond that the characters had but itís not a keeper for me. I will recommend Spa Vacation though for it shows how girlfriends can be there for each other and the love and bond that they share.
