Miss Congeniality by Shelly Laurenston
Niles Van Holtz has had his eye on Dr. Irene Conridge for years. But as far as Irene is concerned he doesn’t exist. Niles is used to being bombarded with feminine attention, as the future Alpha of his pack and wealthy, handsome young man he doesn’t lack for bed partners. So why is it he can’t get his mind off of one bad-tempered, cold-eyed, and raven-haired human in black stockings with a tantalizing black line running up the back?
Irene Conridge can’t understand why Niles Van Holtz has been sniffing after her for all this time. But when one of her experiments draws the attention of some secretive groups, having a Pack of wolf shifters on her side couldn’t be a bad thing. Include a willing partner for some unusual experiments in human anatomy and Irene is willing to resign herself to spending her valuable time with Niles in bed.?
Miss Congeniality is hot, hilarious, and hard to put down. Do not drink anything before you read this story. Either way you will have to clean up a mess when you are done. Super strong plotting and pacing combined with crazy dialogue delivered by a cast of lovably insane characters is an incredible mix you couldn’t go wrong with if you tried.
Wicked Ways by Cynthia Eden
The night Miranda Shaw’s date turned out to be a sadistic killer changed her life forever. It turns out that her date is a serial killing vampire and he has his eyes fixed on her. He isn’t alone.
Cain Lawson has had his eye on his neighbor for some time now. The night he saves her from a vampire attack the opportunity to spend some time with the luscious Miranda is all he needs. How she will react when he reveals his wild side is anybody’s guess.
Sexy, compelling and totally worth not taking bathroom breaks to put it down. Newcomer Cynthia Eden has found her niche and I look forward to more spectacular reads form her.
