Marty Andrews was climbing the corporate ladder at Bobbie Sue Cosmetics and she was sitting on top of the world. Her two recruits are driving her totally out of her mind because they just don’t get the “Bobby Sue” approach to selling cosmetics. Everything was copasetic in Marty’s world…..until she got bit by a dog. Then her perfect world falls apart! She has this hunky man that keeps bothering her telling her she’s gonna turn into a werewolf, her own dog Muffin takes a fancy to said hunky man, her beautiful blonde hair is getting darker and she can’t believe that she actually has a craving for raw meat, since she’s been vegan for the last 5 years!

Keegan is Alpha in his Pack, which is located in upstate New York, and he’s on vacation, well maybe not – he’s running away from Pack business for a few days until he makes the mistake of accidently biting Marty. Now he has to attempt to prepare her for the changes she will undergo, but first he has to get her to believe the fact that he is a werewolf and she will soon become one. However, that’s not the only thing that she probably won’t like but she won’t have a choice in the matter. There are people who are out to make sure she doesn’t get her ‘happily-ever-after”!

The Accidental Werewolf by Dakota Cassidy is a different “type” of book for this author but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing! The humor is still as witty as ever and Keegan, the hero, is just too yummy! At the beginning of the book Marty, the heroine, is just so very annoying, I found it hard to like her at all! Once she got kidnapped, she decided to accept, maybe, the things she had been told, even if she wasn’t ready for the changes that were to occur. For me, there were things to dislike, things to like and things to love in this book! Overall, it’s a fun book.
