Chloe Phillips, owner of Creative Investments, gets edgy about anything having to do with numbers. Maybe that’s why she gets so edgy around AJ Lockhart, who has just been hired to overlook her company’s spending and general finances. Then again, maybe the edginess could be caused by the scorching kiss they just shared....

It all began when Cupid, disguised as E. Rose, software developer, pitches her E-Cupid, a computer program that will show people their true love. Taken with the idea, Chloe wants to test it and during her testing she sees what her true love looks like. Given the image of AJ, what else is she to do when she finally meets her true love? She “has” to kiss him, of course!

This delightful tale takes off from here. Filled with sparkling humor, sexy romance and paranormal aspects, this story was sure to be right up my alley. The characters were good, if sometimes unrealistic. If you allow yourself to be swept away with the innocence and charm for trying to find your true love, it won’t matter at all. Scenes with Cupid were funny and seeing him as a sort of “hen-pecked” husband always brought a smile to my face. If you are looking for a light-hearted and a little off-beat romance, I think Cupid.com could be just the book for you.
