Christmas is the season of love in these two heart-warming novellas.

A Cloud Mountain Christmas by Robin Lee Hatcher ó Maddie Scottís boss sent her to Cloud Mountain in his stead. The owner of the ski lodge, Tony Anderson, had found a valuable manuscript and wants to sell it. Tony recognizes Maddie from college days, and instantly attraction sparks. Will Maddie and Tony be able to work out an arrangement to suit them both?

A Match Made For Christmas by Kathryn Springer ó Reporter Connor Lawe is returning home because his father needs him. But once there he meets Sarah Kendle and her group of Christmas carolers. Desperate for a good Christmas story, Connor jumps at the opportunity presented to him. Unfortunately, Sarah is not so easily convinced. What will Connor have to do to get his story?

I enjoyed both stories in this set of Christmas novellas which are perfect books to curl up with in this cold, dreary weather. I liked A Cloud Mountain Christmas, the better of the two stories, but A Match Made for Christmas was still good. It just took awhile for me to warm up to the characters in the second story, while the characters both found their way in my heart with the first one from the beginning.

Hearts Evergreen is the perfect holiday Christmas book to read on your own or to give as a gift this Christmas. Itís sure to make you fall in love with Christmas, sleigh rides, and even Christmas carols all over again. And a good romance doesnít hurt either. Discussion questions are included at the end of both novellas.
