Author Lisa Kleypas introduced readers to Cam Rohan in her recent Wallflower quartet. The gaming hell manager was so intriguing that he required a tale of his own.

When Lady Amelia Hathaway ventures into the West End looking for her brother, she does not really comprehend the danger she is in. Accompanied by her family retainer, Merripen, she believes that he will be able to locate Leo and that the two of them will be able to take him home before too much damage has been done. Leoís self- destructive actions are taking a toll on their family. She hopes Mr. Rohan will help her.

Standing apart from polite society by both his birth and occupation, Cam easily moves in several circles. An outsider because of his Gypsy-heritage, he struggles with the notion of holding down a job, and staying in one place. Part of him yearns to shake off his responsibilities, take to the highway and sleep under the stars. His sensible nature keeps him grounded. His fierce intellect and sense of honor make him popular with the tonís movers and shakers, who can see beyond his birthright.

He is intrigued by the proper Miss Hathaway, who tries to manage the rest of her eccentric family. She is obviously in over her head and struggling to keep them together. His conscience demands that he offer assistance, and as they continue to run into one another, he wonders if fate has more in mind.

Ms. Kleypas offers readers a darkly handsome hero who is passion personified. He is well-matched with a woman who has learned how to be strong in the face of adversity. Mine Til Midnight gives readers humor, sensuality and intrigue. Who could ask for more?
