Nona Conrad has had a hard life since the tragic deaths of both parents. Simon Wright knows a lot about Nona. He is being secretive for reasons he can not explain to her. When Nona refuses to trust him, he knows he will have to be honest with her which could put in more danger than they both know.

Simon and Nona are attracted to each other, they both are trying very hard not to be. Sparks fly between them at every turn. Nona will have to start trusting Simon if she is to survive some unknown danger. Simon will have to fess up to Nona in order to keep her and everyone else out of danger. Can both of them do what they need to do in order to stay alive?

This is Garlocks 50th book. It is one of her best. Suspense, romance, mystery abound On Tall Pine Lake. Donít miss this book. Highly recommend
