For many of Christine Feehan’s readers, Safe Harbor is the one book they have been waiting for. As the Drake Sisters stories spin out of the author’s agile mind, the relationship between Jonas Harrington and Hannah Drake has been compelling and intriguing. Finally, we have their story at hand.

“Always getting under each other’s skin” is a good way to describe the relationship between Jonas and Hannah. He mocks her modeling career and tries to interfere with her relationship with her sisters. He is the only one who makes Hannah lose her patience and can bring her to tears. In short, Jonas loves Hannah. In fact, he has loved her for his entire life. So why do they have such a tempestuous relationship?

Jonas could be the poster child for Alpha Males Anonymous. He has an obsessive need for control, and Hannah chafes at his intrusive attempts to run her life. He is convinced that she is only modeling because that is what her family expects her to do. He knows that Hannah hates being on display and longs for a private life.

When tragedy strikes too close to home, Jonas and the Drakes close ranks to battle an unknown enemy. Jonas will come to understand the entire Drake legacy and where he fits into the family. Readers should hang on for a thrilling roller-coaster ride as the waves crash, the thunder rolls and magic fills the night!
