He was a nameless man they called Angel because of his occupation as gunslinger. They said he killed without mercy, they said he was cold blooded. They also said that there was nothing in the world that could touch him.

Until he met Cassie Stuart. Hired to go and sort out a mess, he doesn`t expect to be flattened by a panther and a gun in his face. Reluctantly, Cassie lets him up, calling off the panther.

Cassie needs more than a gunfighter - she needs a miracle. Trying to put out the flames of feud that has run for more than 25 years, she`s determined to see peace restored. Instead, she only poured kerosene on the already hot fire. Now both parties have given her a certain amount of time to get out of town.

That`s where Angel comes in; he was sent for by the man that Cassie wired for help. He was unable to travel, so he hired Angel to go down there and sort things out.

However, he found himself in the middle of a fight he had no clue what started, a cat chewing - no, cleaning her teeth - on his boots and a woman with a body that wouldn`t quit. And then, on top of everything else, he finds himself married to the infernal woman.

I laughed most of the night with this story. Cassie is so hilarious and everything she does to try to help people is endearing. And the passion between Angel and Cassie was perfect for the story.

This is a wonderful story, and I recommend it to anyone, western reader or no - this is a hilarious story to read at any time of the year!
